- Partnering for Performance - We work together to identify KPI's, improved performance levels, and our joint obligations to achieve the performance goal.
- Performance Metrics - List the KPI's in the contract and clearly define the base line or current performance level and the desired performance goal.
- Performance Scoreboard - Monthly or quarterly report indicating the progress being made on each defined performance metric, future activities and roadblocks.
- Platform for Continuous Improvement - Improvements are sustained and you are able to extend the reach and benefits of our solution.
